Real estate investor Chuck Horning owns and operates properties throughout the West Coast and Hawaii. His diverse portfolio includes healthcare facilities, commercial real estate, and hospitality and resort properties, including the Telluride Ski & Golf Resort (TelSki) near Telluride, Colorado. Chuck Horning acquired TelSki in 2003. He now oversees the award-winning resort and the nearby Inn at Lost Creek lodge.

In the summer, the lodge offers golfing at the Telluride Golf Club. TelSki purchased the Inn in 2013 before upgrading the property's amenities and services.
